CHANGES TO THE GMAT® EXAM

On June 4th 2012, GMAC, the organization behind the GMAT, introduced a new Integrated Reasoning (IR) section to the exam, which is designed to measure a test taker’s ability to evaluate information presented in new formats and from multiple sources.

22 May – INDEVOR peer-to-peer panel:
INSEAD’s Social Impact Club organized an event designed to bring together students with social impact backgrounds and other classmates interested in learning more about “non-traditional” careers. This panel featured students with experience in the non-profit sector, lobbying, social investing, bilateral aid and international development.
30 May – Global Leader Series event:
During his talk to the MBA students, Mr Ho Kwon Ping, Executive Chairman of Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts reflected on global leadership from his perspective as a journalist, contrarian and founder of the South-East Asian luxury brand hospitality chain (Banyan Tree). Mr Ho has been honoured as one of the 100 Global Leaders for Tomorrow at the World Economic Forum and one of Businessweek magazine’s 25 Stars of Asia.
