INSEAD developed from an entrepreneurial venture in 1957 to the internationally recognized institution that we know today as the Business School for the World. Therefore entrepreneurship has a special meaning for INSEAD which relates to the concept of building businesses in a global world. And with over half of our graduates starting new ventures at some point in their careers, it is no surprise that INSEAD has such a vibrant community of entrepreneurs.

Event Highlights

10 November – INSEAD’s Africa Initiative Cocktail: Participants from all programmes were invited to join this event where the Africa initiative was presented. The event led to networking opportunities and interesting discussions around social entrepreneurship and possible internship opportunities for MBAs in Africa.

11 November – 3rd INSEAD Private Equity Conference in Singapore: The event was run by the Private Equity student club and it created an exceptional forum to discuss the latest industry developments providing attendees with excellent networking opportunities. A longstanding PE conference is also held in France during the May/June period.
