The Management Acceleration Programme is designed for individual contributors who aspire to – or have recently gained – management responsibilities. The programme also welcomes functional experts whose success depends on understanding the business as a whole and individuals with potential for future senior management roles.

What makes the Management Acceleration Programme special is the depth and breadth of the developmental journey that unfolds over the 3 months of the programme. The Blended Format. How does it work?
The blended Management Acceleration Programme journey begins with your typical pre-programme readings so as to get you up-to-speed before the programme starts.
Thereafter, you move onto the first module, which will be delivered in a live virtual format over 7 half days. This Module consists of a programme intro with the programme director, followed by sessions on finance and accounting fundamentals for rising managers.
Before moving into Module 2, you will take part in on-demand, asynchronous learning covering marketing and strategy content.
The Programme concludes with a six and a half day on-campus Module with the programme director and is mostly focused on experiential learning. This ranges from sessions on organisational behaviour to coaching, workshops and outdoor activities.
Upon completion of the programme you will become an Alumus/a of INSEAD, integrating a worldwide network.
